Steve Loter is an American animator and director at Disney.

==Biography==
He's worked on shows like Kim Possible, Ren and Stimpy, and Penguins of Madagascar. Sometime in 2007, he offered to animate a video for [[Tally Hall]]; this would lead to the creation of the [[Hidden In The Sand]] music video. In the same year, he also worked with the band on [[Happy Monster Band]] and directed 10 episodes. Steve was supposed to direct a music video for the song [[&]], but the band scrapped the video due to lack of funding. Steve has also worked with [[Rob Cantor]] on [[The Ghost and Molly McGee]] as executive producer and possibly led to the creation of [[The Animator]].
