Two Wuv is a song by Andrew Horowitz, though Zubin Sedghi sings it in both the demo and studio version.

The music video for Two Wuv is the 6th episode of Tally Hall's Internet Show.

History

The song first showed up on Complete Demos, with a completely different bridge. This bridge featured Andrew and Zubin talking about what they would do to impress the twins. While recording the studio version for Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum in 2005, many different phone call edits were attempted. These can be heard on Admittedly Incomplete Demos.

When it was re-recorded and re-released in 2008, the buzzing sound during “you dressed up like a bee” was removed for unknown reasons.

Song Meaning

The song's meaning should be pretty obvious from the lyrics, it's about a person who becomes obsessed with famous twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson, going as far as planning to stalk them. Eventually it escalates to where the person gets one twin's phone number and has a unsuccessful phone call with her.

Live Performances

During the summer of 2006 while supporting Puffy AmiYumi, they would change part of the chorus during the outro to "Puffy AmiYumi I hope you understand that I love you a lot and I wanna be your man". This can be heard on a recording of Tally Hall's performance at St. Andrew's Hall on the 18th of July.

Trivia

• A rough mix of the song exists without the phone call bridge and with different guitars.
• The title seems to be a play on the words "true love". The use of the word "two" also works because there are two Olsens.
