** Proof of Down By The Bay ([https://www.hiddeninthesand.com/blogs/fanjournals/editorials/2010/04/tally-hall-theres-no-one-better-than-you-part-iii bloop]). Cannot prove the others, but I know I've personally heard "To Be With You" at some point and was able to find that it was originally added to the HITS FAQ list of Cover Songs on 4/26/07. Most likely, it was talked about in the official TH Forums when they existed (but Wayback didn't fully archive) | |||

- Proof of Down By The Bay (bloop). Cannot prove the others, but I know I've personally heard "To Be With You" at some point and was able to find that it was originally added to the HITS FAQ list of Cover Songs on 4/26/07. Most likely, it was talked about in the official TH Forums when they existed (but Wayback didn't fully archive)
