The Start of Our City, a song by Tally Hall, the writer is unknown. It is one of the songs played at their residency shows at Union Hall in February, 2009. It was only played the first week, and has been described as "definitely a very New-York-y song, it's fugal, and anyone who's spent enough time in midtown Manhattan will feel it right away." It was also described as sounding "unfinished". The status of this song is currently unknown. In January 2022, a poor audio recording of the song surfaced and was uploaded onto YouTube by a user named spid.[1]
