"..I pen these TRITE attempts..."—not TRIED. That's how I hear it anyway.

The full line is "There, that's sufficient / I wrote a haiku for you / Well I tried at least, and that's not so bad" as the booklet for Haiku says Bun (talk) 10:15, 20 February 2024 (PST)
