The Start of Our City is a song written by Andrew Horowitz and performed by Tally Hall.[1] It is one of many songs played at their residency shows at Union Hall in February of 2009. It was only played the first week, and was described as "definitely a very New-York-y song, it's fugal, and anyone who's spent enough time in midtown Manhattan will feel it right away." It was also described as sounding "unfinished". After this however, it was never played again.
