Everyday is a song written by Charles Hardin Holley, better known as Buddy Holly, and producer Norman Petty. Tally Hall would perform Everyday at the end of multiple 2009 shows, including their May performances at The Blind Pig[1] and Mr. Small's Theatre.[2]
This cover is most notable for featuring one of the first times Ross Federman would take on lead vocal duties.
Lyrics
Everyday, it's a-gettin' closer Goin' faster than a roller coaster Love like yours will surely come my way A-hey, a-hey, hey Everyday, it's a-gettin' faster Everyone said, "Go ahead and ask her" Love like yours will surely come my way A-hey, a-hey, hey Everyday seems a little longer Every way, love's a little stronger Come what may, do you ever long for True love from me? Everyday, it's a-gettin' closer Goin' faster than a roller coaster Love like yours will surely come my way A-hey, a-hey, hey Everyday seems a little longer Every way, love's a little stronger Come what may, do you everlong for True love from me? Everyday, it's a-gettin' closer Goin' faster than a roller coaster Love like yours will surely come my way A-hey, a-hey, hey Love like yours will surely come my way
