Song Meanings

Like a couple of Andrew's other songs as edu, Fishes makes use of infantile language, and descriptions of creatures. In Fishes the song's character is a fish, and wants to spend time chilling with their friends.

Trivia

• At most live performances, Andrew says "to hold them close until the end", but at Sonic Lunch 2024, he says "i'll keep them" instead, most likely because he forgot or altered the lyrics.
