Toy Orchestra was a band Andrew Horowitz started around 2003 to 2004 while attending the University of Michigan.

Toy Orchesta's official website biography read as follows:

It evolved from eight years of contemporary composition study. The sing-along, once popular and very much a part of society for hundreds of years, has gradually faded, now finding itself confined to sacred music. Toy Orchestra is based on the principal that anyone can create music. Playing original pop songs and ambitious covers, this 15-piece indie rock collective has performed in numerous venues in Ann Arbor, MI, including the concert hall McIntosh Theater and the legendary rock club The Blind Pig.[1]

Rob Cantor, Zubin Sedghi and Steve Gallagher were also members of Toy Orchestra.

The Whole World And You was originally a Toy Orchestra song before being brought over to Tally Hall.
