This promo CD was given out during their residency tour through Illinois, Wisconsin, and Ohio throughout April of 2006. I believe this was also part of a prize pack for "street team" fans who helped promote the mini tour.
This CD came in a single, full-color printed, cardboard jacket with the details of the residency tour on one side and song titles on the other. The disc label was also professionally printed.
