Albert McWilliams is the founder and head of the Michigan advertising agency and part-time label Q+M, also known as Quack!Media. In 2005 Al would work with Tally Hall to release their debut record Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum, as well as create comedy educational videos for schools. Some of these videos featured Rob Cantor and Joe Hawley in voice acting and live-action roles.[1]

Later on, Al would bump into manager Jamie Kitman of The Hornblow Group at a bar, and secured Kitman as Tally Hall's first manager. After moving to Atlantic Records for six years, Tally Hall would come back to Quack!Media with the then-unreleased recording of Good & Evil, which Quack!Media would then release in 2011 with limited CD and vinyl releases.[2]
