It's been said that this album will be considered [[Tally Hall]]'s "debut" record with [[Atlantic Records]], since the previous release was merely a re-release of [[Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum (Album)|Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum]].  Because of this, there is a great hope that Atlantic Records will be much more pro-active in promoting this release.

===Production===
On October 19th, 2009, Tally Hall began pre-production on this album.
 
October 26th, 2009 marked the first official day of recording at [http://www.sunsetsound.com/ The Sunset Sound Factory] with Grammy-nominated producer [http://www.tonyhoffer.com/ Tony Hoffer] and engineer [http://www.toddburke.com Todd Burke]. Through Ross's [[Twitter]] it was revealed that they are recording 16 songs.  Through interrogation at concerts, it was revealed that they have 14 songs, so it is assumed that one 3 part song that Andrew wrote is being counted as a single song. 
 
On [[Twitter]] they announced that they completed tracking at 1:38am, November 26th, 2009 (Thanksgiving Day) leaving them one day to prepare for their tour with Rooney and Crash Kings beginning on November 27th.
