If you're editing a page and getting one of these errors, you're not alone. There must be some badly encoded character on each page or a type of page that's throwing the error and I don't know how to fix it. But usually if you try to edit a specific area rather than the whole page, that does the trick - or at least, it narrows down where the error is happening.
