Good Day originally appeared on the [[Party Boobytrap]] EP, then moved to [[Complete Demos]] mostly unchanged. Apart from the orchestration, there were no major changes when updated for [[M.M.M.M.]]. When remixed and partially re-recorded for [[Atlantic Records]] in 2007, quite a couple changes were made, like more vocals on the intro. The "I thought you knew I knew" section was completely re-recorded and more backing vocals were recorded for the "Let us sing" section.
