'''Q+M Agency''' (formerly known as "Quack!Media") is a design, advertising, and publishing company, started by a young [[Al McWilliams]] in 2003.

Over the years, they expanded into advertising, television, music, and publishing. Their music label was started primarily for [[Tally Hall]], who were in need of financing their first full-length album, [[Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum]]. They published and released the 2005 version of Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum, and they continued selling Tally Hall's albums, even selling the 2008 version of Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum and [[Good & Evil]] on their online store up until 2014. 

In October 2016, Quack!Media changed its name to Q+M,<ref name="Company Blog Entry 1" /> ceased offering music publishing as a service, and no longer stock any Tally Hall merchandise.
