History
You & Me was originally sung by Zubin Sedghi when they first began to perform the song at shows in 2009, and according to a fan who spoke with the band, the producer Tony Hoffer wanted him to sing lead just as he had on Rob's demo. Inspiration
According to a 2011 interview with Fearless Radio, Rob stated the track was inspired by deeply thinking about a "circular" relationship with him and a girl[3].
