Friend of Band
Other Names: Andrew (sexy mofo) Laurich

Andrew Laurich was a film major at the University of Michigan. He was Rob’s roommate in college and did freelance film work with Joe. He showed Joe music of ListedBlack (Rob's high school band), and introduced the two for the first time when "he and Joe were editing a music video and Rob came upstairs".[1] He was a member and is listed in the credits of anonyMous and Toy Orchestra, as well as having an appearance in Hawley's senior films “The Other Way” and "Sargasm". He also acted in the Tally Hall skit “Directions” as the man in the backseat.[2]

Laurich has had many involvements with the members' side projects as well, especially Cantor's solo album, Not A Trampoline.

Rob Cantor/Not A Trampoline

Laurich started whispering Shia LaBeouf's name dramatically while he and Cantor were helping a friend move, and this was what inspired the song Actual Cannibal Shia LaBeouf (which eventually led to Shia LaBeouf Live).[3] His name is listed in the credits section of the video as “Button: Andrew Laurich,” implying he started the joke, and he is also mentioned in the special thanks section. [4]

He is the man speaking Spanish in the track Flamingo,[5] and is credited in the following music videos: “Old Bike” as director, and “All I Need Is You” as co-director.[6] [7] He is mentioned in the music video for the song The Rendezvous. [8]

Laurich has also starred as the voice of Christopher Walken for Rob’s YouTube video "29 Celebrity Impressions, 1 Original Song". [9]

Hawaii Part II

Laurich is listed as a contributor to Hawley's album, Hawaii Part II, as part of its rotating cast.
