Sleigh Ride Invincibility Star is a song by Joe Hawley for the Suburban Sprawl Music Holiday Sampler 2011.[1] It is a cover of "Sleigh Ride" by The Ronettes,[2] and it interpolates the theme of "Powerful Mario" from Super Mario 64.[3]

"Tally Hall's Joe Hawley gets a Star, becomes Invincible Joe. Joe becomes temporarily invulnerable to all damage, except to hazards that would normally be fatal, regardless of powerups (lava, pits, time-over, getting crushed, etc)."

- Suburban Sprawl Music[1]

The song was released to streaming platforms on the 15th of December, 2020.[4][5] With new art drawn by user "tallybrawl"; it was revealed on the Needlejuice Records Discord server that the user drew it, and messaged it to Joe, who then bought the rights for the use of it.

Lyrics

Outside the snow is falling and friends are calling "yoo hoo"
Come on, it's lovely weather for a sleigh ride together with you
