When asked in a reddit AMA what it was like to record in Japanese, Bora Karaca replied: ,"I took a semester of Japanese in high school, making me incredibly qualified to speak fluently. And by that I mean I tried my best using what I knew, and asking bilingual friends who lived in Japan to confirm that I wasn't speaking like an idiot. Don't tell anybody"[1]
