Steven J. Horowitz is an American freelance writer and Music Editorial at the popular application TikTok.[1] Steven is the brother of Tally Hall band member Andrew Horowitz and collaborated with Andrew on the classical hip hop mashup project The Baker Bros. in 2004.[2] He also worked at the Tally Hall merch stand in at least 2006.[3]
