Tally Hallseum
Tally Hallseum is a proposed museum project, dedicated to preserving the legacy, and teaching the history, of the American indie rock band, Tally Hall.[1]
History
The Tally Hallseum is a passion project first conceptualized in the fourth quarter of 2023 by prolific Tally Hall fan Ruby Red. It is conceptualised as an intended method of history preservation and archival of physical media in relation to Tally Hall. As a concept, the Hallseum would serve as a place to preserve and showcase the legacy of the band as well as host a numerous displays of artifacts and history, with a focus on longevity and accessibility. Following in the footsteps of Coz Baldwin, founder of Hidden In The Sand, the Hallseum would aim to go "beyond what the typical web experience can bring", and "to give back to the community, and to showcase to the world who Tally Hall are."
The project aims to house the hallseum inside of the new Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum, since it has moved to a new location, and are currently awaiting approval from both Tally Hall and Marvin's before they continue, but aim for completion by 2026.[1][2]
